Scott Alldridge
Chief Executive Officer
Scott Alldridge is a technologist with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, along with numerous highly recognized technology and cybersecurity certifications, including being a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO). He is a founding member and President of the IT Process Institute (ITPI), an organization dedicated to IT standards research, prescriptive guidance, and benchmarking. Scott is also among a select group certified in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes and standards.
With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Scott has authored several white papers and articles and produced and contributed to several IT books published by ITPI. His notable works include the Visible Ops Series of Handbooks on IT Best Practices and Security, which have sold over 400,000 copies.
Scott was one of the first adopters of ITIL, driving world-class service management deliverables for IP Services. His expertise has made him a sought-after guest speaker, including keynote addresses at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMMS) - Cyber Privacy & Security Forums, SysAdmin, Audit, Network and Security (SANS) - Cybersecurity Summits, along with keynoting at various Financial Services Conferences and other industries.
Scott provides strategic leadership for IP Services, enhancing company profitability and expanding its regional and national presence. He has a proven track record in recruiting highly skilled individuals and managing technical and cybersecurity teams. His teams deliver world-class service management and cybersecurity solutions to both the Enterprise and SMB companies across the United States. His extensive technical accomplishments and industry certifications reinforce his role as a leading figure in thought leadership for IT and cybersecurity providing practical and pragmatic prescriptive guidance to the technology industry.
Chris Butler
CIO/Executive Vice President
After graduating at the top of his class from Purdue University with degrees in Computer Science and Computer Technology, Chris developed extensive client facing leadership experience in the Banking, Manufacturing, and Medical industries.
Over the years, he has further achieved numerous enterprise-level certifications from dominant technology suppliers such as Cisco, Microsoft, and HP. Chis uses his unique technology insights and experience by helping clients define their very specific technology challenges and then aligning the appropriate, cost-effective technologies to address them.
Bringing over three decades of diverse client-focused experience with him, Chris joined IP Services because of shared corporate values that mutually hold that business relationships must be based on absolute mutual trust. He has earned a distinguished reputation for his ability to translate "geek speak" into "CFO/CEO speak" to help clients to cost-effectively achieve their long-range corporate goals and objectives.
Jennifer Jordan
Vice President of Finance
In this role, Jennifer oversees all the day to day financial operations which include managing the financial controls in place and that the books, records and reports are accurate, timely and well presented. She also provides financial oversight and analysis in budgeting, strategic financial planning and business processes to the CEO, utilizing GAAP best practices in IP Services’ corporate structure. Jennifer joined IP Services in 2005 and after a year left to do an internship at a local accounting firm. After finishing her internship and completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting she returned to IP Services in March of 2011. Over the past 10 years Jennifer has worked for different companies locally providing a wide range of accounting and financial services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield College.
Ryan brings 30 years of IT leadership experience to IP Services. He has worked in many highly regulated industries and has a strong focus on Cyber Security because of this.
He was the Director of IT for a Medical Center for many years when the HIPAA regulations were just being developed and implemented, as such he has extensive knowledge of healthcare IT and regulations having had to develop the policies surrounding HIPAA for the entire organization. He also volunteered as an EMT for the local ambulance organization during this time and helped strengthen their regulatory posture as well.
Ryan worked in the financial sectors as well as the highly regulated nuclear energy sector after his time in medical IT.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Science Mathematics, has many Microsoft Certifications as well as a certification from Meditech in Advanced Report Writing and Data Processing for HL7 Interfaces.
